** Location**:  Cub Foods Brookdale  
** Reports to**:  Store Director / Assistant Store Director  
** Classification**:  Union 663 Classified Assistant   
** Rate of Pay**:  $32.33 / hour   
** Hours**:  Sunday – Saturday, varied hours

• Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs) while maintaining appropriate shrink  
• Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep our shelves full and product fresh  
• Prioritize and establish work lists to maintain a steady amount of work for employees  
• Ensure all Produce employees are following store standards and know COOL  
• Create and manage weekly work schedules for the entire team  
• Train and develop future Produce Managers  
• Help maintain a clean and sanitary store  
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department

* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* FREQUENT:  15% or more of the work shift or at least ten repetitions per work shift.

OCCASIONAL:
Approximately less than 15% of the work shift or fewer than 10 repetitions per work shift.

FREQUENT:

Physical lifting/carrying up to 60 lbs., pushing/pulling to 30 force pounds, equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine), reaching, standing, turning, walking

Mental judgment/decision making, social skills/verbal interaction, memorization, reading, writing, math OCCASIONAL:

Physical lifting/carrying over 50 lbs., equipment operation (calculator), squatting, stooping/bending ENVIRONMENTAL:

Exposure to cold temperatures and wet surfaces may occur
