Requisition

• Living the safety stance, while adhering to all safety standards and responsibilities
• Ensuring the proper existence of & adherence to compliance and internal controls
• Partnering with Plant Leader to lead operations planning & plant processes
• Conducting financial planning, forecasting, reporting & analysis to create financial transparency and to encourage effective decision-making
• Actively leading and contributing within a cross‑functional leadership team
• Driving plant productivity
• Leading a team of 3 direct reports in purchasing, buying, raw materials and shipping/transportation

• You have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a relevant discipline (MBA, CMA, CPA preferred)
• 5+ years experience in cost accounting with a preference to a manufacturing background
• You are able to be flexible and effectively manage competing priorities
• You have the ability to operate within a matrixed organization
• You encompass some ERP experience
• You desire to lead in a manufacturing setting

The base salary range for this position is $108,000 to $140,000, with the potential for up to an additional 25% if the applicant hired has additional related qualifications.
