• Generate membership sales following our structured sales process. This is a commission role where your performance is rewarded.
• Work with an amazing team in a fun environment while rotating among different areas throughout the day.
• Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs and achieve our company’s sales targets.
• Create “POP!” moments for our customers by showing your commitment to outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction.
• Safely and politely direct customers into the car wash tunnel.
• Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow all POP! Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

• An outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• The ability to connect with customers.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
• A strong work ethic and a team-player attitude.
