Location:
Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, United States of America.
Salary: $59,200.00 – $88,800.00 (USD).

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. The position is onsite at the Brooklyn Center facility.
- Perform daily operation, preventive maintenance, and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety, and fire protection systems.
- Maintain and operate equipment that supports a variety of operations, working closely with senior mechanics for guidance and prioritization.
- Conduct repairs and maintenance in plant or office facilities, or on machines and equipment.
- Execute work in maintenance trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, machine and equipment repair, and electrical.
- Perform routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine required repair and maintenance work to prevent breakdowns.
- Use hand and power tools as needed.
- Test, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
- Must Haves
- High School Diploma and 4+ years of facilities experience.
- Boiler License.
- Nice to Have
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Experience with wastewater treatment systems and RO/DI water systems.
- Electrical experience.
- General knowledge of dock door repairs.
- General knowledge of paint, sheetrock, and concrete repair.
- Knowledge of air compressors.
- Knowledge of material handling vehicles.
- Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Knowledge of fire/life safety systems.
- International baccalaureate or equivalent meeting 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) requirements.
