Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary
Qualifications- Education & Experience
- active LSWpreferred but not required
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness, behavioral health needs, or in assisted living/long-term care settings strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, symptoms, and interventions
- Ability to de-escalate crisis situations and manage challenging behaviors
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Frequent interaction with residents experiencing mental health symptoms such as anxiety, depression, psychosis, or behavioral challenges
- May require response to urgent or crisis situations
- Combination of office work and time spent in resident living areas
