We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Driver supporting our Appliance Recycling program. In this role, you will operate a 26‑ft box truck to service multiple customer locations each day and work closely with a team to safely remove large appliances.

• Safely operate a 26‑ft box truck to multiple customer locations daily.
• Work as part of a team to deliver and move large appliances using dollies, team lifts or other safe methods.
• Maintain schedule flexibility, including extended days and occasional overnight travel (up to once per month).
• Perform physical job tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching.
• Work outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills.
• DOT medical card (assistance available at offer stage if needed).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Minneapolis.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Target compensation: $25 per hour.

Compensation range: $18.55 – $26.00 per hour, determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills and experience.
