Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections and tasks to ensure machines operate smoothly and building systems function efficiently.;
Inspect drives, motors, belts, and related components, check fluid levels, replace filters, and complete other scheduled maintenance actions by following checklists.;
Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints, repair manuals, parts catalogs, and other technical documentation.;
Install, replace, and change machine parts and attachments according to diagrams and manuals.;
Operate and set up machine tools, weld and fabricate parts as needed, and collaborate with coworkers to repair or move equipment safely.
