This isn't a traditional Controller position focused solely on accounting. This is an opportunity to become an influential business leader.

You’ll work closely with executive leadership while helping guide the financial direction of a growing organization. You’ll have the opportunity to improve systems, strengthen financial controls, mentor a talented accounting team, enhance operational efficiency, support strategic initiatives, and help shape the future of the company.

You’ll partner with leaders throughout Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, Production, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Project Management, and Human Resources to improve profitability while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Lead and mentor the Accounting Assistant, Billing & Accounts Receivable Specialist, and Staff Accountant/Payroll Administrator.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
• Partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership to support strategic decision‑making.
• Establish departmental goals, priorities, and measurable performance standards.
