This is a highly visible leadership role reporting directly to the President. As a member of the Leadership Team, you'll partner with company leaders, ownership, and the Board of Directors to strengthen financial performance and help guide the long-term direction of Minneapolis Glass. You'll have the opportunity to influence decisions across the organization while leading the accounting and finance function.

We offer a competitive salary starting at $150,000 & up commensurate with experience, company-wide bonuses, excellent low-deductible health insurance, 401(k) with company match, work-life integration, and a collaborative culture where expertise and ideas are valued.

  • Build, coach, & develop the accounting team with clear expectations and accountability.
  • Serve as the organization's Acumatica "super user" and help us get more value from our financial systems.
  • Continually look for ways to improve productivity, reduce costs, strengthen processes, and support profitable growth.
