Controller
Take the lead in shaping the financial direction of a growing manufacturing organization. This is a high-impact Controller role offering direct partnership with executive leadership and the opportunity to strengthen processes, reporting, and overall financial performance.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

- Gain visibility across multiple departments and business operations
- Influence budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Oversee daily accounting operations and provide leadership to the accounting team
- Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP standards
- Manage month-end close processes, account reconciliations, and financial analysis
- Monitor cash flow, banking activity, and balance sheet integrity
- Lead budgeting efforts and partner with leadership on financial planning
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation experience
