Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Feed Labeling and Registration Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Land O'Lakes
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in administrative coordination, document review, state feed product registration, and Microsoft Office and a proven ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy, ensure timely processing of registrations and licensing, and maintain organized records
.
- Provide feed labeling support, including label creation and review for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage feed registration activities, including processing incoming mail, handling state letters, and coordinating check processing.
- Execute feed product registration and licensing with state agencies and maintain related records.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
Skills & Qualifications
- High level of proficiency utilizing email and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, written and oral.
- Ability to work under pressure and adjust competing priorities.
- Strong math aptitude and sound documentation practices.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams.
- Experience level: 1–3 years with high school diploma or GED, or 0–2 years with a bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with state feed product registration or similar regulated documentation workflows.
- Familiarity with SharePoint-based document management and tracking.

Land O'Lakes. - Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week.
