Position Summary

This is a temporary role focused on managing new and existing client projects efficiently and strategically. The incumbent will oversee day‑to‑day client relationships, program execution, internal and external communications, and overall project coordination, ensuring quality delivery on time and on budget. Experience in pre‑press, packaging, or a related industry is required.

Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results
  • Promotion and development of strong, solid business relationships with clients.
  • Focusing on customers’ business objectives and exceeding expectations.
  • Ensuring a thorough understanding of estimating and billing procedures at SGS.
  • Assisting in weekly invoicing and monthly financial summaries/forecasts with the Account Director.
  • Continuously improving internal processes, communications, and cross‑department collaboration.
  • Monitoring progress, pre‑empting problems, and recommending solutions.
  • Identifying business growth opportunities through application of the marketing mix, retail techniques, and legalities.
  • Managing day‑to‑day execution of client programs.
  • Conducting research, surveys, data collection, and reporting to support clients.
  • Providing business intelligence, trends, opportunities, competitive analysis, and ongoing metrics.
  • Researching and proposing new development ideas, strategies, and processes for greater efficiency, including GPN.
  • Preparing reports and QBRs for clients with the SAD and VP Sales, Retail Channel.
  • Guiding and directing the internal team on client program requirements and processes.
  • Completing other projects and tasks as assigned.

Educational & Experience

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales‑based capacity.
  • Experience in pre‑press, packaging, or a related industry required.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
  • Frequently required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Travel Requirements

Weekly travel is required; international travel may occur occasionally.
