Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
Overview
The Senior Client Success Manager will be a key liaison between clients and our manufacturing teams, representing the client's best interests and ensuring smooth project execution. This role will act as the client's advocate within Meyers, providing updates, overseeing production timelines, and ensuring that every detail of the client's project aligns with their expectations and requirements. The Senior Client Success Manager will also support new item setup, new client onboarding, and work to resolve client issues promptly.

- Client Advocacy & Relationship
:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, acting as their eyes and ears on the production floor. Ensure client expectations are met by closely monitoring and communicating order status, identifying potential issues, and resolving them proactively. Own all aspects of the transactional relationship with clients. - Order Management & Production Coordination
:
Oversee new item setup, project timelines, and execution by working cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Job Planners, Design, Manufacturing, and Preproduction to ensure on-time delivery and product quality. - Client Support
:
Lead external communications and internal project management for all client support, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns related to quality issues, order timelines, product specifications, or similar support topics. - Project Management
:
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring that all relevant information is entered into Meyers' systems and executed according to schedule for live orders, trials, design projects, and more. - Pricing & Quotations

Collaborate with Sales and Estimating teams to develop pricing quotes for clients. Ensure that all pricing and changes in project scope are clearly communicated to the client and internal teams. - Client Retention & Satisfaction
:
Continuously work to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Conduct post-production follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement. Proactively identify opportunities to delight clients and participate in client meetings online and in person. - New Client Onboarding
:
Assist with onboarding of new clients and guide them through Meyers' processes to ensure seamless project integration.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in the label and packaging printing, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and industry-related software (ERP systems, quoting tools) including iQuote and Radius experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset, with the ability to proactively address client needs and concerns.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, business, marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing account management, planning, or project management roles.
- Experience in the label, packaging, or printing industry preferred.
