Sr Manager Assets Protection Investigations Center Ops (Exempt)

Pay range: $95,000.00 - $ (based on experience, education, certification, labor market).

• Lead a project team focused on the mitigation and resolution of loss through process improvements aligned with AP priorities.
• Coach and develop team members to create a positive work environment and promote personal and professional development.
• Drive and support project plans and hold partners accountable to ensure all deadlines are met.
• Lead and participate in cross‑functional teams specific to your areas of responsibility to simplify processes and improve team member and guest experiences.
• Seek feedback from AP field and HQ leaders to gain clarity on opportunities within your areas of accountability.
• Stay connected to relevant market and industry trends that impact AP to enable better decision‑making for the initiatives you support.

• 4‑year college degree.
• 4+ years of experience in a relevant business support or field support role.
• Project and process management/ownership experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain cross‑functional working relationships at multiple levels.
• Ability to influence key business partners and senior leadership.
• Ability to connect projects and concepts across teams to create an informed perspective.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems with limited direction.
• Continual learner, always seeking and evaluating solutions to improve operations.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Hybrid/Flex for Your Day: core role performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location and virtually as required.
