Senior Transformation Program Manager

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs enabling Medtronic's Service Center Strategy
• Manage cross-functional programs focused on service center footprint optimization, capability development, process harmonization, cost optimization, and digital enablement
• Develop integrated transformation plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting
• Establish program governance structures and facilitate executive report-outs
• Build business cases and value realization plans
• Lead organizational change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption planning
• Define future-state operating models and transfer or transition roadmaps with regional leaders
• Drive standardization of processes, systems, data models, and performance metrics across service operations
• Implement opportunities to reduce complexity, improve scalability, and optimize cost-to-serve
• Accelerate automation, analytics, AI, and process mining initiatives with Digital, IT, and Operations teams
• Monitor operational, financial, quality, and customer experience outcomes
• Provide executive communications, presentations, and recommendations
• Coach project managers and workstream leaders
• Optimize the global service center network and support site-specific and regional hub strategies
• Lead global service center process and operating procedure harmonization
• Drive productivity, utilization, operating leverage, and cost-reduction programs
• Accelerate deployment of digital tools and transformation capabilities

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years of relevant experience in program management, business transformation, operations, supply chain, service operations, consulting, or related fields
• 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at hire and throughout employment for roles below Principal level
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Prosci, or equivalent certification preferred
• Experience in Med Tech, healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, or service operations environments preferred
• Experience managing complex global initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions
• Strong financial acumen, including business case development and value realization tracking
• Demonstrated organizational change and transformation leadership
• Experience with network optimization, operating model redesign, shared services, or service transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms, service management systems, process mining, AI, and digital transformation methodologies
• Experience presenting to executive leadership teams
• For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, degree must satisfy 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)

Demonstrates expertise in leading enterprise-wide transformation programs, focusing on service center optimization, organizational change management, and digital enablement. Proficient in developing integrated transformation plans, managing cross-functional initiatives, and delivering executive communications.
