Our client, a leading enterprise in the retail and consumer commerce industry, is seeking a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join their digital product team. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex user problems through thoughtful, intuitive design.
As a User Experience Designer, you will independently lead design initiatives within a defined product area, delivering high-quality, end-to-end user experiences. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives, user needs, and technical requirements into impactful digital solutions. This position offers the opportunity to influence customer-facing and internal product experiences that support millions of users.
Job Description Product Design Execution- Own and deliver end-to-end UX design for product features and initiatives.
- Create key design artifacts, including:
- User flows
- Wireframes
- High-fidelity user interface designs
- Interactive prototypes
- Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into effective design solutions.
- Deliver production-ready design specifications to support development and implementation.
- Ensure consistency through adherence to established design systems and scalable UX patterns.
- Design intuitive interaction patterns for moderately complex user journeys and workflows.
- Develop information architecture for multi-step experiences.
- Apply journey mapping and systems thinking to create cohesive end-to-end user experiences.
- Incorporate accessibility and inclusive design principles throughout the design process.
- Partner with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to define and deliver solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and design reviews.
- Clearly communicate design decisions using user insights, business objectives, and data-driven rationale.
- Contribute to product discussions, prioritization efforts, and tradeoff decisions.
- Translate ambiguous or loosely defined challenges into structured design approaches.
- Help define problem statements and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prioritize design work based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Balance speed and quality within an iterative product development environment.
- Continuously improve design quality through feedback, iteration, and collaboration.
- Share best practices and contribute to design standards and processes.
- Support team consistency through the adoption of UX methodologies and design frameworks.
- Provide guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced designers as needed.
- Own individual product features and initiatives within a broader product ecosystem.
- Work with moderate autonomy and limited oversight.
- Influence product-level outcomes and user experience improvements.
- Contribute to overall team effectiveness and design quality.
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing for large-scale retail, e-commerce, consumer-facing, or enterprise digital products.
- Experience delivering end-to-end UX design for digital products, features, or workflows.
- Strong proficiency with Figma, including wire framing, high-fidelity design, and interactive prototyping.
- Experience creating user journeys, user flows, and information architecture.
- Strong interaction design skills for complex, multi-step user experiences.
- Experience producing high-fidelity designs and development-ready design specifications.
- Experience working within established design systems and reusable component libraries.
- Hands-on experience creating prototypes for concept validation and stakeholder alignment.
