• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for customers and sales managers via phone and email
• Assist District Managers with field installations and provide support for product application inquiries
• Act as a liaison for quality assurance questions and escalate issues as necessary
• Capture data related to product performance and support corrective actions for reliability issues
• Promote company products and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

• Associate’s degree in a technical field or relevant work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Services, Quality Control, or Customer Service
• Strong understanding of customer service philosophy and procedures
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong listening abilities
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn ERP and CRM systems

• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in a customer-facing role
• Ability to analyze problems and resolve work-related issues effectively
• Experience with product performance analysis and quality assurance processes
