Overview
NOW HIRING for an Order Entry Specialist/Customer Service Rep for a large and growing manufacturing company.
Must Haves:
- 1+ year of manufacturing customer service experience
- Experience with a CRM or ERP system
- Answering inbound phone calls in a professional and helpful manner
- Making outbound phone calls in response to inquiries, questions, or follow up
- Confirm account number, part number & descriptions
- Communicate availability, open orders, and ship dates to customers
- Confirm pricing & availability
- Answer customer service inquiries via phones or emails as assigned and meet statistical expectations as set by supervisor
- Support administrative duties on sending and receiving supplier purchase orders
- Ability to multi-task issuing credits and rebills according to policy and procedure
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN. Onsite work.
- Pay range: $23.00–$25.00/hr
