Job Description
Masterson Staffing, in partnership with our valued client in Maple Grove, is seeking Customer Service Technicians to assist customers over the phone with software issues.
Position:
Customer Service Technical Agent (Maple Grove, MN)
Pay: $22/hr;
Monday–Friday; varying shift times. A background check and job‑specific testing are required.
- Take phone calls from customers and help diagnose technical issues over the phone.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance and follow company procedures for software programs.
- Attend a 10‑day training class (7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday) to learn programs and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn software programs.
- Background check and successful completion of job‑specific testing.
