Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. The role processes orders, assists with equipment and parts identification, provides pricing and availability information, manages backorders, and helps customers become more self-sufficient through available technology. The CSR serves as a trusted frontline resource for equipment manufacturers and customers.

• sAnswer customer phone calls, emails, and other communications
• .Support Key Account Specialists with day-to-day customer operations
• .Assist with customer, sales manager, and key account reporting needs
• .Follow up on unresolved issues, backorders, part inquiries, and order concerns
• .Process incoming orders
• .Communicate customer trends and issues to leadership
• .Escalate issues as appropriate
• .Support company mission, vision, and performance objectives

• nsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferre
• d.2–4 years of customer service experience in a service center environmen
• t.Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skill
• s.Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skill
• s.Experience with internet navigation;
