Use your customer service and inside‑sales skills to help pet parents plan the perfect stay for their pets! Stone Mountain Pet Lodge, the North Metro’s premier pet‑care destination, is hiring Customer Service & Inside Sales Specialists Reservation Specialists to join our Customer Service team. You’ll combine warm customer service with consultative inside‑sales skills to help pet owners book lodging, daycare, and grooming while recommending activity packages that ensure a great experience for every pet.

• - Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from new and existing customers
• - Follow a consultative inside‑sales process to recommend upgrades and activity packages
• - Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations accurately and efficiently
• - Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and teammates
• - Achieve individual and team sales goals

• - 1-2 years of inside‑sales, call‑center/customer‑service experience
• - Confident, persuasive communication style
• - Ability to meet goals while maintaining excellent service
• - Strong computer and multitasking skills
• - Reliability, organization, and professionalism
• - Passion for helping people and their pets
