TM Business Service Banker

• Function as the primary daily contact between commercial banking customers and U.S. Bank
• Maintain and expand customer relationships through overall customer support services
• Proactively identify potential problems and compliance issues
• Maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of customer relationships
• Identify products and services that meet customer needs
• Develop working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent client contact
• Execute standard departmental procedures

• Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three to five years of experience in financial services industry
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Outstanding customer service and problem resolution skills
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with department-specific systems
• Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
