** Target Printing Services (TPS)
** means becoming part of a dynamic team that drives the strategy of internal partners such as Marketing and Store Operations through print and kitting projects. The TPS team has a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to planning, press, fulfillment and distribution, enabling us to positively impact guest and team member experiences while embodying Target’s core values.  As
** Print Designer
** for Target Printing Services, you work in close partnership with Account Managers, Project Managers, Project Planners, and internal customers to translate vision and requirements into
** production-ready print designs**. This role develops creative concepts, prototypes, mockups, and technical design files that enable
** efficient planning, accurate execution, and on-time delivery
** across a multi-shift production environment. The Designer operates with a high degree of autonomy and is accountable for design quality, file integrity, and production readiness across assigned work.
** Responsibilities
* * Partner with Production teams to confirm structural integrity, tolerances, and construction requirements. Core responsibilities of this job are described within this job description.

Job duties may change at any time due to business needs. 5+ years of experience in print design, production design, or a related field.

Experience with print prototyping and production focused design required; variable data workflow experience preferred.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Proven ability to produce accurate, production-ready files in a fast-paced environment.
