MCA is hiring substitute teachers and substitute paraprofessionals for the school year.
Substitute TeachersSubstitute teachers carry out the lesson plans for the teacher and establish/maintain order in the classroom to keep the classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
Qualifications:
previous classroom experience and/or an education degree.
Paraprofessionals work constructively with students, provide innovative and creative play, resolve conflicts, transition and supervise students from the classroom to the playground, and monitor students during lunch.
Qualifications:
experience working with students, social/emotional aptitude, and good communication skills.
