Job Summary
We are seeking a Suspension Engineer to design and develop high-performance suspension systems for on-road and off-road vehicles. This role will focus on suspension layout, kinematics, and process development to support next-generation vehicle programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop suspension layout, geometry, and kinematics to achieve target ride, handling, and durability performance.
- Design and manage large vehicle assemblies using Siemens NX.
- Support concept, prototype, and production suspension designs.
- Define and document a standard suspension development process for CFMOTO.
- Collaborate with vehicle dynamics, chassis, and manufacturing teams.
- Support testing, validation, and continuous design improvements.
Required Skills
- Fluent in Siemens NX.
- Experience working in large assemblies.
- Strong knowledge of suspension kinematics and vehicle dynamics.
- Ability to translate performance targets into engineering designs.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
