Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Manage security operations, including access control, surveillance, and incident response
- Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate security measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security vulnerabilities
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or ten years relevant work experience in a scientific or technical field if degree outside of Engineering
- 5 + years’ experience in Security/Classification Operations, or related technical field
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Derivative Classifier
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Q Clearance
- 5 + years of managing a team
- Q Clearance
