- Lead manufacturing transfer activities from existing production sites to the Minneapolis facility
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up
- Review engineering drawings, assembly processes, manufacturing documentation, and validation records
- Develop and execute equipment and process qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) improvements
- Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), product enhancements, and component lifecycle management
- Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and R&D teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing manufacturing support
- Participate in supplier qualification, process improvements, and regulatory compliance activities
- Train manufacturing personnel on new processes and engineering changes
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering disciplin
- 6+ years of mechanical or manufacturing engineering experienc
- Experience supporting manufacturing transfer, sustaining engineering, or new product introduction (NPI
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, machining, fabrication, tooling, fixtures, and electromechanical assemblie
- Experience performing process validation and equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ
- Knowledge of Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA
- Proficiency with 3D CAD software, preferably Solid Work
- Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skill
- Experience in Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or Precision Instrumentati
- Familiarity with FDA-regulated manufacturing environments and ISO 134
- Experience with Agile PLM, JDE, or Dozuki is a pl
