The Extrusion Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of a polymer extrusion line used to create tubing for Production, New Product Introduction, and New Product Development.

• Responsible for all aspects of the polymer extrusion line, including but not limited to set‑up and tear‑down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and workflow.
• Work with Production personnel, New Product Introduction, and New Product Development to ensure extruded tubing meets requirements and make adjustments as required.
• Provide guidance and assistance on extrusion processes and process characterization.
• Write and execute process and equipment validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Work with Quality and Manufacturing Departments during concept, prototyping, and release of new products.
• Other assignments as requested.

• High School diploma required
• B.S in Engineering/related field or minimum 5 years’ experience in hands‑on extrusion of medical‑grade tubing
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Medical Device manufacturing environment
• Minimum 1 year of CAD design
• Must possess good organizational skills
• Must be proactive and show initiative in taking on and completing extrusion projects
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
