Major Function

Financial Analyst – Commercial Finance

Business support to the US Commercial Sales & Service organization. Responsible for financial analysis and partnership with the US Commercial Sales & Service team.

• Provide the Sales & Service team with revenue, margin, and overhead analytics and reporting that creates value and insights.
• Support sales commissions and bonus analysis, calculations, and reporting.
• Partner with the Pricing and Sales teams to produce sound pricing proposals.
• Develop and submit budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the Sales and Service team.
• Work with the Shared Service Operational Accounting team to ensure reliable financial results and statements.
• Perform working capital analysis and management.
• Drive towards continuous improvements in processes and controls of the organization.
• Other projects and analyses as assigned.

Education & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounting and Financial analysis positions, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Ability to understand business issues and support projects to address as necessary.
• High level of integrity, professional ethics and self-starting ability.
• Highly articulate, with excellent listening skills. Ability to adapt mode and style to accommodate audience and situation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Computer Skills / Technical

Skills:

• Proficiency in use of MS Suite.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP and One Stream preferred.
• Capability to learn new software.

Salary range: $78,500.00-$98,150.00. The estimated pay range indicates the expected annualized pay range for this position. It may not include potential bonus incentives such as annual bonus and sales-related incentives, or overtime (on eligible positions). The actual pay offered may vary based on several factors, including the applicant s qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, education level, certifications or licenses, and the location from which they will work.

The final pay determination will comply with state or local minimum wage laws applicable to the job s location. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
