Pricing Analyst

This is a newly created role focused on pricing strategy within a growing business, giving someone the opportunity to help shape how the organization approaches pricing, renewals, discounts, and rebates. The position is hands-on and analytical, partnering closely with the field to evaluate price points, analyze large data sets, and provide insights that guide customer and commercial decisions. It requires someone who can translate financial concepts into clear, practical communication for non-finance partners across the organization.

They’re seeking someone with roughly 2 years of pricing, finance, or data analytics experience who is curious, adaptable, and excited to grow with a business that is continuing to evolve.

• Conduct analysis on strategic projects, generating insights and solutions
• Collaborate with sales to provide data-driven analytics for negotiations
• Compile and organize ambiguous data sets, identifying financial opportunities
• Create dynamic models, simulations, and tools evaluating decision impacts
• Track and report activities, performance metrics, and competitive trends
• Establish and maintain guidance policies and operational processes
• Coordinate with global counterparts, aligning tools, policies, and reports
• Assess customer and contract performance, recommending improvement action steps
• Adhere to ethical standards, compliance requirements, and company policies
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• 2 years of pricing, finance, or data analytics experience

• Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual'sexperience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
