- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence Treasury Management Consulting objectives and long-term goals
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex challenges across multiple business lines
- Deliver long-term, large-scale solutions requiring advanced knowledge and coordination of complex activities
- Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on innovative, significant, large-scale, cross-functional business solutions
- Lead Treasury Management Consulting projects and teams, or serve as a peer mentor
- Engage strategically with professionals and managers across the enterprise
- Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
- Support Corporate & Investment Banking clients in the Industrials sector by optimizing treasury operations, improving working capital, and implementing payments, liquidity, and cash management solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of Treasury Management Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Sales experience within the large corporate sector calling on clients with more than $2 billion in annual revenue
- Proven success working with Treasurers, Assistant Treasurers, Directors of AP and AR to help re-engineer client processes
- Familiarity with strategies to improve working capital, procure-to-pay and order-to-cash workflows, and advancements in the payment industry
- Up to 30% travel required
- Not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
- Must comply with applicable outside activities and personal investing policies
- Must directly represent own experiences during recruiting and hiring
- Third-party recordings prohibited unless authorized by Wells Fargo
