Location InformationWe have four senior communities in Minnesota including Brooklyn Park, Corcoran, Shoreview, and Woodbury; a campus in Monroe, Michigan, and our newest partnership with St. Mary of the Woods in Avon, Ohio. All communities are rich with thoughtful amenities and support. Our compassionate services also reach seniors living in the broader Twin Cities area through home care, outpatient therapies and wellness programs.
ResponsibilitiesProvide spiritual support and guidance while walking alongside residents, family members, and team members in their faith journey within a Continuum of Care Community setting. Work closely as a valued member of the interdisciplinary team that creates valuable moments when providing support and meeting the needs and interests of individuals with acute challenges, hospice focus, palliative care and dementia-based diagnosis.
QualificationsEducation: Bachelorth degree? (Correction:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Theology, Pastoral Studies or related field; completion of CPE desired.)
Experience: 5+ years working in Pastoral Ministry in a health care setting preferred.
Schedule: 64 hours per pay period with a flexible schedule; expected to be here on Sundays for services.

- Comfortable with prayer and spirituality.
Pay Range: $26.62 - $36.14 per hour based on years of experience.
