We have four senior communities in Minnesota including Brooklyn Park, Corcoran, Shoreview, and Woodbury; a campus in Monroe, Michigan, and our newest partnership with St. Mary of the Woods in Avon, Ohio. All communities are rich with thoughtful amenities and support. Our compassionate services also reach seniors living in the broader Twin Cities area through home care, outpatient therapies and wellness programs.

Provide spiritual support and guidance while walking alongside residents, family members, and team members in their faith journey within a Continuum of Care Community setting. Work closely as a valued member of the interdisciplinary team that creates valuable moments when providing support and meeting the needs and interests of individuals with acute challenges, hospice focus, palliative care and dementia-based diagnosis.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theology, Pastoral Studies or related field experience desired. Completion of the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) desired.

Experience: 5+ years working in Pastoral Ministry in a health care setting preferred.

Schedule: 64 hours/pp with a flexible schedule as it's expected that this position would be here on Sundays for the services.

• Comfortable with prayer and spirituality.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.

Pay Range = $26.62 - $36.14/ hour based on your years of experience
