Overview

Fraser is seeking motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team, working full-time or part-time in a group setting within our group homes and apartments. Enjoy the flexibility of a customizable schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

• Work directly with clients, assisting with activities of daily living, personal care, and planning community activities.
• Medication administration
• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Money management
• Treatment documentation
• Personal care (such as bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.) in the group homes
• Meal preparation (willing to handle all types of food)
• Planning and transportation to/from activities

• Fraser is currently hiring for Full or Part-Time staff.
• Variety of different locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro. Hours vary by location; all potential scheduling options will be discussed during the phone interview.
• The starting pay range for this role is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on qualifications plus meals on some shifts.

• Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record (non-driving roles also available).
• Ability to pass DHS background study.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
