Clinical - Lab Technician II - Non-Exempt

• Execute duties in an animal/human blood lab using various systems to assess medical device performance with blood and test media.
• Prepare routine solutions and reagents, perform technical procedures, and conduct testing including device preparation in perfusion circuits.
• Circulate blood/test fluid through test circuits, sample blood/fluid at various time points, and record observations.
• Perform simple calculations and collect data for evaluation.
• Support laboratory functions such as stocking supplies, arranging apparatus, and maintaining labware.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies and standards for quality and accuracy.
• Analyze biological and chemical samples and perform technical procedures in areas like Production, R&D, Quality Control, and Compliance.

• High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic wet lab skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle blood, preferably in large volumes.
• Basic job knowledge of systems, techniques, and procedures through prior work experience or education.

• 40 hours per week, full-time onsite position in Brooklyn Park, MN.
• Flexible schedule; typical hours are 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, with potential for extended hours as needed.
