Part-Time | Home Health Aide

Schedule:

Casual positions require a minimum of four shifts per month
, including shifts during the week and on weekends.

Pay Range: $19.20 – $25.91 per hour (based on experience)

The Difference You’ll Make

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support

Support medication administration in accordance with training, policies, and resident care plans

Observe and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to nursing staff

Document care provided accurately and timely in the electronic charting system

Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to support residents’ overall well-being

Collaborate with nurses and care team members to ensure safe, high-quality, person-centered care

Promote dignity, comfort, and independence for those we serve

Qualifications:

Education Preferred:

Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Experience

Required:

Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, or caregiver

Preferred:

Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living environments

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment within scope

Strong reliability and professional work habits

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Ability to document care accurately and timely

Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative approach

Emotional maturity and ability to manage the physical and emotional demands of caregiving
