• Behavior Specialist Position Role for the  school year
• Special Education Teacher, Social Worker, School Psychologist, or BCBA licenses accepted!
• Support Setting 4 Caseloads
• In-person, full-time roles (37.5 paid hours per week)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Hello Behavior Specialists! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Behavior Specialists for the  school year in the Brooklyn Park, MN area. We're seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Competitive pay ($55-65/hour)
• W-2 employment with liability insurance included

• Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals

• Consult and implement positive behavior interventions and supports for the students
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Consult, communicate, and work cooperatively with teams to provide appropriate programming for students
• Implement positive behavior interventions and supports to support student progress, reinforcing positive behaviours, utilizing de-escalation techniques, and redirecting inappropriate behaviours
• May be required to use restrictive procedures

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Behaviour Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Active Minnesota Special Education Teacher, Social Worker, or School Psychologist license through PELSB (Tier 3 or
  4)
• Board Certified Behaviour Analysts (BCBAs) also accepted
• Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
• Must pass background check and drug screening
