GeneralPosition Summary
The HR Generalist is responsible for leading many of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The HR Generalist is a key contributor in areas of compensation, benefits, compliance, employee relations and learning and development. This role is a trusted partner to assigned departments and helps support and execute on board business strategies. The HR Generalist effectively manages and resolves complex employee relations issues, resolution and investigations, performance management, talent/succession planning, 360 feedback with a focus on leadership development and developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives that drive and support desired short and long-term business goals and objectives.
PositionDuties and Responsibilities
- Provide HR partnership, for both strategic and tactical initiatives, day-to-day HR support and execution of strategies for assigned groups.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Reduce employment-related risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Create strategic policies and provide guidance on HR issues.
- Accesses talent opportunities and performance gaps; oversee talent planning, talent reviews, talent development, and succession planning for assigned business groups.
- Provides day-to-day talent and performance management guidance (coaching, mentoring, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Handle other projects, duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- B.S. in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational psychology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the HR Generalist role.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Background across the HR spectrum to include compensation, HRIS, Operations and Analytics.
- Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment.

The salary for this position is $70,000
