Light Industrial Recruiter

Equity Staffing Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Light Industrial Recruiter to join our growing recruiting team. This individual will focus on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in high-volume light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, production, and skilled labor positions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment, enjoys building relationships with candidates, and is comfortable managing multiple open positions and priorities at once.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial, manufacturing, production, warehouse, and skilled labor positions.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, Linked In, internal databases, referrals, social media, and other recruiting resources.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet position requirements.
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate work history, skills, availability, shift preferences, pay expectations, and overall job fit.
• Recruit for high-volume positions while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality and client requirements.
• Present job opportunities clearly and accurately to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, start dates, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Follow up with candidates to reduce interview cancellations and first-day no-shows.
• Maintain accurate and timely candidate information, notes, and activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Partner closely with account managers and recruiting leadership to understand client requirements, hiring priorities, and changing workforce needs.
• Meet established recruiting metrics, including candidate submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and starts.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through placement.

• 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring experience preferred.
• Light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, skilled trades, or production recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a staffing agency environment is a plus.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Ability to recruit for multiple positions, locations, and shifts simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience using an ATS, job boards, and other recruiting technology preferred.
