User Experience Designer

We are seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team.

This role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives and create engaging user experiences in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end UX design for product features and initiatives.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.
• Ensure alignment with existing design systems and scalable UX patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Engineers, during Agile ceremonies.
• Communicate design decisions clearly, supported by user and business rationale.
• Continuously improve design quality through feedback and iteration.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in Figma for product design, including wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering comprehensive UX design solutions.
• Ability to design intuitive interaction patterns and develop clear information architecture.
• Experience in conducting usability testing and incorporating insights into design iterations.
• Strong collaboration skills in Agile cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with journey mapping and applying design systems.
• Familiarity with JIRA for project management.
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
