Brooklyn Park, MN – TIG Welder – Temp to Full‑Time Pay: $27.00–$32.00 per hour Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm. Our client specializes in innovative architectural railing, staging, and custom metal solutions for stadiums, performance venues, and commercial buildings. They are looking for a skilled welder to join their team and contribute to high‑quality products that define their reputation.

• Perform near‑perfect coined GTAW welds on aluminum and steel (thickness range .080″ to 1″).
• Interpret shop drawings and follow weld symbols.
• Produce structurally sound welds to meet deadlines.
• Maintain knowledge of the GMAW process.

• 2 years of experience in aluminum TIG welding in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to supply your own auto‑darkening welding helmet and proper work shoes/boots.
• Proficiency reading a tape measure.
• Pass an all‑position AWS Welder Qualification test.
