**** Our Executive Director:
*** Supervises and guides department heads and team members, maintaining dedication and commitment to Transforming Age’s Mission and Values.
* Holds weekly meetings & standups with teams to communicate changes, stay up to date on departmental activities, and ensures consistent and timely orientation and training is delivered to team members.
* Directs the management team in goal setting, individual development, and strategic initiatives to ensure the success of community objectives and goals.
* Works closely with residents, family, and responsible parties to ensure consistent communication, resident satisfaction, and issue resolution.
* Prepare the annual operating budget, considering variances and managing programs and strategies to ensure budgets are met.
* Maintains confidentiality of employee and resident records, in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Works closely with the Sales and Marketing team on campaigns, tours, open houses to maintain
* Operates in accordance with Transforming Age’s policies and procedures, with a strong focus on ensuring the safety and security of residents and team members.
* Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and laws and regulations, including DSHS, OSHA and Safety guidelines.
* Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Culture of Excellence and strategic goals
* Performs other duties as assigned.
** What you need to succeed:
*** B.S. in healthcare or related subjects or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* Three years or more of experience in a leadership capacity in a senior living facility (IL/AL/MC/CCRC)
* Excellent Sales and Marketing Senior Living experience preferred, but not required.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
* Ability to understand and administer the financial reporting and requirements of the Community.
* Outstanding proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Completion of a background check, drug screening, and depending on state/local guidelines, may be required to complete additional pre-employment tasks such as physical, fingerprint, and TB test.

*** May occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
