Aboutthe role
The Sales Director plays a key role in shaping IEA’s long-term growth
. This position participates in strategic planning discussions, helps set the vision for how we grow, and translates that direction into a scalable, and repeatable plan.
This is a build-and-lead role. You will design and execute sales strategy, actively sell IEA’s services, and develop the systems, processes, and talent needed to support growth across existing and new markets.
