Project Manager - Store Fixture

Responsible for maintaining assigned customer accounts by working with vendors, production, and manufacturing. You will work hand in hand with sales & marketing, customers, and external vendors.

• Manage established project deadlines and deliverables.
• Project planning and organization.
• Communicate and follow up with suppliers and customers on project deadlines and deliverables as needed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all internal departments while maintaining positive productive relations with each member of the team.
• Provide regular and timely updates to relevant stakeholders or team members on the project’s progress
• Issue purchase orders to selected vendors when needed.
• Work with an engineering team to communicate customers’ needs and expectations.
• Partner with China office when needed on quoting, shipping, and vendor selection.
• Manage prototyping process and delivery.

• BA; preferably in Project Management, Engineering, Business Development
• Retail Fixture industry experience is highly desired.
• 2 plus years of project management experience.

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret drawings engineering drawings and prepare material take-offs when required
• Ability to manage risk and think critically.
• Business acumen.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Excels in a collaborative work environment.
• Ability to prioritize demands and work in a fast-paced environment
  
  Self-starter, highly motivated with the ability to build trust and influence others
• Solid computer skills MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
