- 12-15 years of progressive experience in finance
- 5+ years in senior leadership positions in finance
- Proven track record leading large-scale finance transformation initiatives
- Experience redesigning finance operating models
- Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Direct experience implementing AI or intelligent automation (preferred)
- Prior experience establishing a Transformation Management Office (preferable)
Demonstrates extensive experience in leading finance transformation initiatives, with a focus on redesigning finance operating models and establishing a Transformation Management Office. Proven ability to cultivate partnerships across IT and finance leadership while effectively communicating transformation strategies to diverse audiences.
