Project Manager, Commercialization

• Lead commercialization initiatives and manage priorities while executing the functional responsibilities associated with the New Product Planning process
• Generating successful activities in the marketplace to ensure continuing business growth
• Manage product life cycles of the core business to avoid uncontrolled range proliferation and escalating business complexity
• Drive improved ways of working between business teams to deliver an efficient and effective product planning management approach
• Lead Project Management for new products ensuring delivery of agreed scope, on-time execution of all activities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Lead cross-functional divisional reviews for Profit's Center Project Portfolio, including Stage Gate submissions
• Document stage gate process to give effective input to the IBP process

• 2+ years Project Management experience (Product or Service Commercialization)
• PMP certification preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline highly preferred
• Experience in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry is a plus
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Advanced Excel and Intermediate PowerPoint experience required
• Experience working with a manufacturing organization a plus
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Demonstrates expertise in Project Management and New Product Planning, with a strong focus on driving commercialization initiatives and managing product life cycles in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Proficient in analytical and quantitative skills, leveraging advanced Excel and PowerPoint for effective communication and documentation.
