Set up and operate plastic extrusion and downstream equipment to manufacture custom medical tubing according to specifications following quality standards in order to meet department production and/or development demands by performing the following duties.

• Setup machines and other extrusion equipment to run orders
• Ensure needed resins are properly staged for use
• Inspect products according to approved methods and standards using approved equipment
• Observe machine operation to detect work-piece defects and/or malfunctions
• Complies with Company, Quality & Safety standards, policies, and procedures

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment
  , preferably medical device
• Ability to read & interpret complex drawings and specifications
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English

3:00PM to 11:30PM, Monday to Friday

$22-$24/hour, plus $2 shift differential, based on experience and qualifications
