The Sr. Technician, Extrusion position is responsible for the safe and functional operation of extruders and all downstream equipment. This position will be responsible for developing & improving current processes to manufacture products per customer specification, and assist in the development of required tooling & fixtures. The Sr. Technician, Extrusion must perform the duties below to meet production and/or development demands according to the established quality standards.

• Setup and adjust machines and other extrusion equipment according to approved parameters to run orders
• Ensure needed resins ae available and properly staged for use
• Inspect products according to approved methods and standards using approved equipment
• Observe machine operation to detect work-piece defects and/or malfunctions
• Complies with Company, Quality & Safety standards, policies, and procedures

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required
• Minimum 3 years Melt Extrusion experience
• Medical device or highly regulated manufacturing experience, preferred
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English
• IQ/OQ Validation experience, preferred

3:00PM to 11:30PM, Monday to Friday

$31-$35/hour, plus $2.50 shift differential, based on experience and qualifications
