Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4PM - 2:30AM | Friday - Sunday, 6AM - 6:30PM

To Crush This Job

• GED or diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience needed in setting up progressive and/or stage tooling in mechanical punch presses from 45 ton to 400 ton.
• Experience using precision measuring tools needed (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.)
• Eye for detail, doesn't cut corners
• Fit enough for lifting, standing, and grinding it out
• Dependable teammate with a solid work ethic

Your Role on the Floor

• Operate machines with precision and focus.
• Spot breakdowns fast and get things back on track.
• Inspect finished parts to make sure they hit the mark.
• Adjust tools and settings as needed to keep things smooth.
• Keep safety first, always.
