What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• At least 1 year of CNC equipment operation experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of shop math, quality control, and production processes
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and communication skills

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to blueprint specifications
• Load and safely move materials using a forklift or pallet jack
• Perform in-process and final part inspections using micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, height gages, and protractors
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface quality
• Identify and report defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns
• Complete production documentation accurately and legibly
• Perform routine machine maintenance including cleaning, greasing, and slat replacement
• Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and maintain an organized work area
